Why
College students live on fluid schedules, but their calendar apps treat them like office workers. Klass Apps asked us for an AI companion that would feel like a “living, breathing experience.”
How
Students have enough stress, so we made Daisy warm, colourful, and soft, more friend than planner. You tell her your plans, and she fits them into your week.
Result
Research to a finished app in five months. 40% of students still using it after 30 days · 100k downloads in the first month · 4.9 rating on the App Store.
Ideas and solutions
- Plans in your own words. Students tell Daisy what's happening in a chat, the way they already make plans, and she puts it in their week.
- A companion, not an office tool. Calendars treat students like office workers. Daisy is warm, colourful and soft, more friend than planner.
- She learns your rhythm. Daisy spots the clashes, finds the gaps and learns how you like to work, so every plan is easier than the last.
- One flower, many worlds. The Daisy mark stays the same while her world changes around it, from the posters to the app icon.
